Rebel Noise has a proven ear for cutting-edge music, a reputation for honest criticism and long time involvement in the indie underground music scene. With a wide based international readership of music addicts from punk rock to freak folk who stop by daily for the latest news or to get turned on to some great new music or find out about upcoming shows. Rebel Noise has been at it since 1999 (that makes us a senior citizen in dog years) and while many have come and gone we are marching on.

Rebel Noise is a non-profit organization that provides advertising to help offset the costs of this musical labor of love. Since we have no paid staff, all advertising income is put back into maintaining and improving the site.

With only two or three banners per page, Rebel Noise makes sure your ads get noticed and delivers value for your advertising dollar by avoiding the over-saturation that undermines many online advertising campaigns.

We support static and animated GIFs and RichMedia, in three IAB approved sizes -- a 728x90 pixel leaderboard, a 160x600 wide skyscraper and a standard 468x60 banner -- that can be tailored to fit any campaign's goals and budget, and we support fixed-inventory (CPM-based) purchases as well as standard monthly contracts to make ad buys easy for seasoned online marketers as well as new-media newbies. *CPM stands for: Cost Per Thousand (ad impressions). As an example, to have your ad appear 100,000 times at a CPM of $10, it would cost $1,000. Our minimum advertising purchase for any ad unit is 10,000 impressions (this means you can advertise with us for as little as $40!).

We currently offer the following types of advertising banners. We believe our offering provides the most effective advertising for our partners while being the least intrusive for our readers.

* Leaderboard Ad - 728 x 90 (50k maximum file size)

* Wide Skyscraper Ad - 160 x 600 (50k maximum file size)

* Full Sized Banner Ad - 468 x 60 (25k maximum file size)

Submission Requirements

Materials Deadline
Payment must be received in advance of all ad campaigns. All artwork/banners should be delivered no less than 10 days before the start date of the ad campaign.

Linking URL
(Where you want the user to go after they click on your ad). All ad campaigns must have a linking URL.

Formats
