Adam and The Hellcats’ third album 9 Lives (out October 3) delivers their most mature and explosive work yet, blending dual-vocal firepower, keytar-driven flair, and raw rock ‘n’ roll energy honed on UK stages and festivals.

Bristol’s own Adam and The Hellcats are ready to ignite the UK rock scene once again with their third full-length album 9 Lives, set for release on Friday, October 3. Ahead of the record, the six-piece have unveiled the new single “Go Easy,” paired with an emotive video that shows the band leaning into both grit and heart.

Formed by guitarist and vocalist Adam Feasey, the Hellcats have built a reputation as one of the UK’s most high-octane live acts. With Feasey joined by powerhouse co-vocalist Cirwen Costa, the group’s dual-front dynamic adds range and impact to their sound. Rounded out by Steve Long on keytar, Zak Mitchell on guitar, Eddie Mole on bass, and Tony Feasey on drums, the lineup is as distinctive as it is explosive.

Their journey has been forged on the road, supporting artists such as Jackie Chambers’ Syteria, The Wildhearts, and U.S. heavy hitters Hearts & Hand Grenades, alongside tours with White Raven Down. On the festival circuit, they’ve stormed stages at Station 18, Dementia Aware Fest, Crazy Cowboy Festival, and Rockin’ by the River. A standout moment came in late 2024, when the band headlined the second stage at HRH Festival in Great Yarmouth, leading to a slot at HRH Road Trip Ibiza 2025 opening for Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons.

9 Lives is described as the band’s most mature work to date, a “coming-of-age record” that reflects personal growth and sharpened songwriting. Its tracklist runs the gamut from high-energy anthems like “Light Up” and “Hot Tin Roof” to darker cuts like “The Dead Are Walking” and “Screaming at Shadows.” Songs such as “Made in Bristol” nod to the band’s roots, while “Fuck You Brain” tackles mental health with blunt honesty.

Adam and The Hellcats will celebrate the release with a launch party on October 3 at The Thunderbolt in Bristol. With 9 Lives, the band step confidently into their prime, delivering a record built on power, honesty, and the energy of a group that thrives onstage as much as in the studio.
