You might ask, "Why the enthusiam?" Well, I've seen them live and bought their record and I've come to the conclusion that they are the BEST thing around. Period. Fuck all the hype about the Vines, the Strokes, the Hives and whatever greedy, West LA-living music execs tell you. The Briefs can kick their asses on the street.

"What about the music," you ask. The music will rock your ass, but I won't give it away. It would be too easy and stupid if I compared them to other bands. I won't soil their good name with facile comparisons like that. Just go out and get the damned thing. I promise you, you won't be disappointed.
