The Bridge School Benefit is an annual non-profit charity concert held in Mountain View, California every October at the Shoreline Amphitheater organized by Neil Young and his wife Pegi.

The Bridge School Benefit is an annual non-profit charity concert held in Mountain View, California every October at the Shoreline Amphitheater. The concerts are all organized by musician Neil Young and his wife, Pegi. Proceeds benefit The Bridge School. The first concert was in October 1986, and, with the exception of 1987, the concert has been held every year since. As a practice, but not a rule, the performers use acoustic instruments. Young also personally performs every year.


Not necessarily in order of appearance. All acts subject to change.

The concert will be held at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California on Saturday, October 24, 2009 - 5:00pm and Sunday, October 25, 2009 - 2:00pm.

Tickets for the 23rd Annual Bridge School Benefit Concerts are on sale Sunday, September 20th at 10am at Livenation.com or charge by phone at (877) 598-6659. Tickets may be purchased at the Shoreline Amphitheatre Box Office between 10am to 2pm on Sundays with no service charge. Advance tickets are $150.00 and $75.00 for reserved seating and $39.50 for general admission plus applicable service charges. Four packs of general admission tickets may be purchased for $99.00. There is a 2 ticket limit for reserved seats and 8 ticket total purchase limit for these shows. There are a limited number of lower level reserved seats available via auction at Livenation.com beginning September 20th at 10am. Proceeds from these auction tickets will benefit the Bridge School.
