The Southern California music vets bring their unique flavor of 90’s alternative/heavy rock to the masses

Rebel Noise welcomes back Centershift with the premiere of their new album A Different Shade of Color. Out this Friday (11/11), the Los Angeles based group brings an experienced group of musicians who have played with groups like Onesidezero, Shuvel and Bemus and create their own cocktail of explosive heavy rock. Listen to the 17 track album today here on Rebel Noise and watch their new video for “Falling Into” below.

This LA group knows a thing or two about the music industry. With over two decades of being at it, vocalist/guitarist Jasan Radford once toured the globe as leader of OneSideZero (Maverick Records) and saw what many could only imagine the lifestyle being like at the peak of Nu Metal and heavy rock topping the Billboard charts. Years later, Radford assembled a new group of friends to form Centershift, which includes Ryan Shane Stuber (ex-Shuvel) on guitar, Ted Wenri (ex-Bemus) on bass and Stefan Storace on drums. The group quickly penned some of their best music to-date, including their recent EPs “A Different Shade” and “Of” which both include efforts from those releases on the LP.

The band will also be performing a virtual album release show this Sunday (11/13) via StageIt. Purchase tickets here - StageIt.

“Playing music for over two decades has taken me down some interesting paths, which at times had led to dark places and others to moments of pure inspiration and motivation” says Jasan Radford. “A Different Shade brings together my journey, and tackles topics that include my sobriety, which saved my life and helped me grow into a new version of myself. We all collaborated on themes for the album, and are excited to share stories that will certainly be relatable to the listener. Oh yeah, and we’re equally as excited about the big riffs and music overall. Thanks for listening!”
