On Thursday, May 25, 2006, some of the biggest names in rock will gather at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada to honor music legends Kiss, Queen, Def Leppard and Judas Priest during the first-annual VH1 Rock Honors Concert.

In addition to performances from the honorees, Godsmack (just added!), The All-American Rejects, Foo Fighters and Paul Rodgers will also pay tribute to the hard rock legends who influenced them. All proceeds from the event benefit VH1's Save The Music Foundation, which works to restore music programs in U.S. Public Schools.

The event will be hosted by actress Jamie Pressly.

The VH1 Rock Honors Concert takes place Thursday, May 25 at 8pm. The event will air on VH1 Wednesday, May 31st at 9 pm, EST.
