The Los Angeles post-rock and slowcore band will release its new self-titled album through Solid Brass Records on July 31.

Los Angeles four-piece Bondo has announced the release of its third studio album, Bondo, arriving July 31 through Solid Brass Records. The self-titled record will be available digitally and on black vinyl, marking the band's first release with the independent label.

Known for blending post-rock, slowcore, and experimental guitar music, Bondo has developed a sound built on contrast. Their songs often move between quiet reflection and powerful instrumental passages, creating immersive compositions that unfold gradually. Drawing inspiration from underground rock traditions while maintaining a distinct identity, the group continues to expand its approach on the upcoming album.

Recorded live in the studio, Bondo captures the chemistry that has become central to the band's music. Rather than relying on heavy studio manipulation, the album focuses on performance, allowing the natural dynamics between the musicians to shape each track. The result is a collection of songs that feels both carefully constructed and spontaneous.

Across its 11 tracks, the album explores multiple songwriting approaches. Songs such as "On The Cross," "Listen Back," and "Running Back" lean into more familiar song structures, while other moments embrace the band's atmospheric and instrumental tendencies. Throughout the record, layered guitars, patient rhythms, and subtle melodic shifts create a sense of movement that rewards close listening.

The album's sound balances warmth and mystery, blending textured guitar work with spacious arrangements. While the songs share a consistent mood, each track introduces new details that gradually reveal themselves over repeated listens. This attention to atmosphere has helped Bondo earn recognition within independent music circles for creating records that feel immersive without sacrificing emotional depth.

The tracklist also includes "Strummer," "Brian Screams," "Spin Cycle," "While My Guitar Gently Peaks," the title track "Bondo," "Zuma," "Robby's Song," and "Meta World Peace."

With Bondo, the band continues to refine the sound they have spent years developing, delivering an album that highlights both their musical restraint and their ability to build expansive sonic landscapes. The album arrives July 31 via Solid Brass Records.
