The British pop rock tribe have also announced their signing to Manic Kat Records

Midlands alternative rock crew Beach Front have unveiled their new single, "Lucille", an emo-laced, 2010's nodding anthem dripping with pop sensibility.

The British quintet have also announced their signing to Manic Kat Records.

Speaking on the new track, vocalist Laura Whiston explains: "“Lucille" is a special single release for us. It holds a lot of heart and really defines our sound at this moment. We’re incredibly proud of it and can’t wait for the world to hear it.”

On their new label home, Whiston continues: "Signing with Manic Kat Records is a huge milestone for us and we’re incredibly grateful to have this opportunity.”

British quintet Beach Front broke onto the scene in 2023 with debut single, "Open Season". The rookie release would be followed by a trio of tracks over the next 18 months; "Living Lies", "Ghost Stories" and "Hear Me Out" laying an impressive foundation of compelling alternative rock.

The urgent, angst-laced elements of modern pop-punk duel with the band's introspective song-writing, so perhaps unsurprisingly, comparison to the likes of Four Year Strong, Tonight Alive, and Neck Deep have all followed. Moreover, Beach Front continue to carve their own path, establishing themselves as one-to-watch in the UK alternative scene.

Shows with Mouth Culture and Last Hounds have continued to build Beach Front's momentum, with a sold-out support slot for Punk Rock Factory at Birmingham’s O2 Institute coming as a banner moment thus far for the up-and-comers.

"Lucille" opens Beach Front's 2026 account with their typically high-energy outlay; accessible, heart-on-sleeve pop-punk with weighty guitars and emo inflections adorn the new track. With their newly minted signing to Manic Kat Records announced, the single is just the start of what is set to be a busy year for the alt rock five.
