The San Diego-based rock/metal/hardcore hybrid band go for broke on a fiery and furious record.

San Diego-located rock ‘n’ roll/metal/hardcore music hybrid outfit Doc Hammer have risen like a phoenix from the ashes of what was 2020, pounding out a new set of tunes on their Final Form EP that unleashed on October 22nd.

Full of aggressive fire and furious energy, with jagged and rapid metal guitar riffs, rock ‘n’ roll grit and tunefulness, deeply lunging bass lines, ripped-out hardcore vocals, relentless drumming kinetics, and even an occasional blast of horns, the EP blazes away with power and defiance.

The EP is the first of a series and follows up debut album Neon Devil from 2019 via Paper and Plastick Records.

The band (with members from previous group Kodiak) are inspired by notable acts like AC/DC, The Bronx, Every Time, and Rocket From The Crypt.

Live shows are also in the works after the dead zone of 2020. So look lively and grab a copy of this EP fast.
