The Montreal act brings big choruses and heart-on-sleeve lyrics on new collection

Montreal pop-punk act Toward The Sky has released an acoustic EP, Infinity of Dreams.

The Canadian project of Alex Boyer has crafted a stripped back version of debut 2021 collection, which offers up a heartfelt and emo-laced brand of contemporary melodic punk.

Toward The Sky is the solo project of Montreal-based musician and producer Alex Boyer. Drawing from a rich tapestry of alternative, punk rock, and atmospheric emo influences, Toward The Sky crafts a sharp blend of raw energy and introspective lyricism.

2021 debut Infinity of Dreams proved to be a promising rookie release, a grounded and raw soundscape with Boyer tackling issues of growth, loss and adversity, set against the backdrop of driving guitars and slick melodies.

Fans of both present and formative pop-punk will be drawn in by Toward The Sky’s atmospheric depth and gritty delivery, New EP, Infinity of Dreams Acoustic sees Toward The Sky stare into the eyes of his listeners, removing the power but doubling down on the heart and honesty for a stripped back emo-punk sound that will both compel, and whet the appetite for more new music this year.
