Financial Records
Financial Records was formed by Glenn Stewart of Clearwater Florida ska/punk band, Victims of Circumstance, and Tim "Johnny Vegas" Burton of The legendary Mighty Mighty Bosstones. Since it's inception, Financial Records has been a true DIY label; booking tours, organizing local festivals, and even building their own state of the art studio to become a one stop shop for emerging artists and musicians.
The current roster includes Orlando Florida punk-pop band Crisis in Hollywood. With one album under their belt, Crisis in Hollywood are about to release their sophomore album, Safe and Sound, which is produced by Anthony Raneri of Bayside. Ska punk act Victims of Circumstance are also gearing up to release their sophomore album on the label, produced by Steve Foote of Big D and The Kids Table. In March of 2009, Financial Records sent their bands out on a three week tour, The 2009 U.S. Economic Disas-Tour! Hitting major markets and secondary markets, the tour was a success for both bands and the label. Financial Records will be using the momentum gained from the current happenings to release a 2nd compilation, entitle Professional Help Volume 2, following 2007's Volume 1.
