Pop-punk band Homeplate drop a raucous new tune featuring Phil Carper of At The Wayside.

Hailing from Derby, Kentucky, pop-punk outfit Homeplate hit it out of the park of their latest single, the raucous “Expectations,” which features Phil Carper of At The Wayside.

The track comes off the upcoming Derby City EP out this Friday, August 14th, via Indie Vision Music.

Rebel Noise is stoked to host the premiere of this slammin’ track that, while melodic and lyrically involved, blasts by with hard-charging guitars, lively drum-work, and emotive vocals.

Homeplate was formed just a few months ago during this quarantine time period, with David Newman (vocals) and Cody Thompson (drums) dropping their blended old-school and modern pop-punk like they’ve been doing it for years.
