The New Jersey-based band unleashed a new album this summer via Cleopatra Records.

Northern New Jersey-based modern industrial rock group CHMCL STR8JCKT signed to the esteemed Cleopatra Records earlier this year and unleashed their second album WRTCHD THINGS this past summer, which was produced by John Bechdel and mastered by Maor Appelbaum.

CHMCL STR8JCKT blend old-school, Wax Trax!-era industrial music with sharp metal guitar-work for a potently explosive mix. The band recently dropped a video for the gritty and pulsating lead single “Bomb Cyclone,” which struts with an up-tempo club-floor groove and defiant, sing-talking vocals.

Rebel Noise is stoked to host an exclusive videoclip shout-out from producer/musician (keyboardist of Ministry, ex-Fear Factory, ex-Killing Joke) John Bechdel in his studio about working with CHMCL STR8JCKT on WRTCHD THINGS

CHMCL STR8JCKT released their acclaimed self-titled debut album in 2017. The following year they enlisted other international industrial artists to remix their music. The result was an 18-track remix record titled RMX with involvement from Leaetherstrip and Adoration Destroyed, among other notable acts.

Known for their energized and darkly theatrical live shows, the outfit have directly supported My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult and opened for Orgy, Skold, and Christian Death.
