Two great new tracks released by Cathedral Ceilings via Dromedary Records

Cathedral Ceilings bring us loud and fierce punk-inspired pop from the swamps of New Jersey. Released as a lathe cut 7” via Dromedary Records, Cathedral Ceilings features Ralph Malanga (Stuyvesant) and Nick D’Amore (WORLDSUCKS, Mr. Payday), both veterans of the Jersey scene.

“I’m a Band!”, a quick 2 song release, is the perfect antidote for living in these pandemic times. Driving and in your face, Ralph’s catchy and gnawing vocals are a perfect blend with D’Amore’s hard hitting and impressive drumming, and bassist Tommy’s in the pocket bass lines.

The first track “Hamilton Circuits” comes at you with punkish ferocity and choppy riffage, interspersed with driving vocal melodies and loud and noisy guitars.

“Over the Far and Hills Away” is a bit more pensive. A little slower but still quick, the track has drama and anxiety, yet is still catchy and driving, which makes for a nice contrast with the first track.

A great introduction to a cool new band from NJ. Please stream and support via links below.
